The new PMPRB Guidelines have established a revised framework for the review of prices for all patented medicines. Separately, emerging MFN dynamics—outside the PMPRB process—are introducing broader uncertainty for pharmaceutical pricing strategy, making price setting increasingly complex. This presentation focuses on what is now defined under PMPRB and key considerations for manufacturers of patented drugs.
