Gregory J. Glenn

Founder and President of The Glenn Group

Greg spent 43 years in the Canadian healthcare industry. During that time, he has held positions in Sales, Marketing, Government Relations and Public Affairs. Greg was one of the trailblazers of the Market Access and Government Affairs career path in the industry, having been one of the original 10 professionals who formed the Provincial Government and Professional Affairs (PG&PA) section of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Canada (PMAC).

After his time in pharmaceuticals, he established himself as a successful entrepreneur, where he served as Founder and President of The Glenn Group for 13 years, and Senior Vice President of The JBL Group from December 2006 until his retirement in December 2015. The Glenn Group and The JBL Group consulting firms focused on providing pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic clients with professional, top-tier excellence in market access, government affairs, and payer negotiations for decades.

Since his retirement, he has devoted a great deal of his time to not-for-profit provincial government-funded organizations that support children’s mental health.
