PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM

The Market Access Mentorship Program (MAMP) is designed to support and shape the next generation of professionals in market access—those working to optimize patient access, product value, and healthcare system sustainability.

As a mentee, participating in a mentorship program can be one of the most valuable steps in your professional journey. It gives you the opportunity to learn directly from someone with deep experience in your field—someone who can offer insights, guidance, and support as you navigate your career path.

Your mentor can help you set meaningful goals, build key skills, and make informed decisions about your next steps. You’ll also gain exposure to new perspectives, industry trends, and strategic thinking that may not be easily accessible through formal training or academic programs.

A mentorship relationship offers a mentee a safe space to ask questions, receive honest feedback, and reflect on your development. It also helps expand your professional network, opening doors to new opportunities. Most importantly, a good mentor will challenge the mentee to grow, encourage you to stay focused, and support your commitment to making a lasting impact in your chosen field.
