CAHR's industry-renowned Market Access 101 Conference will be held in-person on June 3rd. Join Cheryl as she walks through a brief overview of private drug coverage in Canada: from where drugs fit overall into employer sponsored benefits, to a discussion on the different types of management strategies insurers use to control drug costs.

This session will cover the basics of a Patient Support Program (PSP), including why PSPs are needed in Canada, what are the key elements of a PSP, what is a typical PSP journey as well as drug lifecycle considerations, high level vendor landscape, preparing for an RFP and metrics to measure success when designing a PSP.

This session will provide an overview of key HEOR concepts to support HTA submissions including the types of economic evaluations, model-based economic evaluations and budget impact analyses.

This session will provide an overview of the pCPA (e.g., history, processes, outcomes, and outlook for the future) before simulating a mock negotiation.
